MEAT LOVER'S PIZZA CRESCENT RING
Cheesy and triple-meat-filled, this crescent ring is like a stromboli only flaky, thanks to the crescent dough. Perfect for a large gathering--slice, dip and eat.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook the sausage, stirring and breaking up into pieces, in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until browned in some spots and cooked through, 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the pizza sauce. Let cool slightly, about 15 minutes.
- Coat the back of a baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll both cans of crescent dough and separate unto 16 triangles. Put a 5-inch ramekin in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the triangles in a ring around the ramekin so the short sides of the dough are touching the ramekin, overlapping slightly, and the pointed ends are facing outward (it should look like a giant sun).
- Spoon the sausage mixture over the short ends of the triangles closest to the ramekin. Cover the sausage with the ham slices. Top the ham with the pepperoni and then cover pepperoni with cheese slices. Remove the ramekin. Take hold of the pointed end of one of the triangles and fold it up and over the filling, tucking the tip under the bottom edge of dough to secure (the dough will not cover the filling completely). Repeat with the remaining triangles (there will be some gaps where you can see the mixture).
- Bake until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Brush the dough with the butter and sprinkle with the Italian seasoning. Let cool for 15 minutes. Use a spatula to slide the ring off the baking sheet onto a platter. Serve with more pizza sauce.
STUFFED PASTA SHELLS FOR MEAT-LOVERS
These are quite possible the best you can make! I came up with this recipe to satisfy my carnivorous family and incorporate my love for Italian food. These have a ton of meat, but still a nice amount of the traditional ricotta cheese and spinach. These can also be great appetizer, due to the large amount the recipe yields.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef and drain. Return to pan.Saute onions and garlic in pan with cooked meat for approximately 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Boil salted water to cook the pasta shells according to package al dente style. Strain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta, parmasan, and 2/3 package of shredded mozzarella. Add italian seasoning, garlic pepper, eggs and milk and mix thoroughly. Mix in meat and spinach.
- In a large baking dish, pour enough sauce to cover the bottom of the pan lightly. Fill each shell with large rounded tablespoons of meat and cheese mixture, and place in pan. Be sure to closely place the shells together so they don't get hard while baking.
- *If there are too many shells for one pan, make a secong and store tightly covered in freezer until later use.
- Pour remaining sauce evenly over all of the shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil, and bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes. Take foil off pan, and bake additional 10 minutes.
MEAT LUVRZ PIZZA ROLLS
Steps:
- Form the ground beef into eight 4-ounce hamburger rounds. Remove the casing from the sausage links and place the meat on a preheated flat top. Cook the hamburgers on the flat top as well, sprinkling with garlic and some salt and pepper. Chop the ground beef and sausage mixture and mix together on the flat top. When fully cooked, remove from the heat, place on a sheet pan and cool for 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, pepperoni, provolone, Parmesan and basil. Mix together evenly. Once the sausage mixture has cooled add to the cheese mixture. Add the marinara and mix everything together gently.
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Fill a medium bowl halfway with flour. On a clean surface spread a handful of flour. Place 4 spring roll sheets on the table, with the corners at the top and bottom (forming a diamond shape). Using a 3-ounce ice cream scoop, place one scoop of filling in each spring roll wrapper and spread evenly, leaving a space on both ends. Dip a pastry brush in the egg mixture and dab the edges of the spring roll wrapper. Fold the bottom side up over the filling, then fold the left side in and the right in toward the center. Now that these three corners are folded in, brush egg wash on the top again and roll the whole wrap away from you toward the top corner of the wrapper, and make sure that is sealed. Repeat with the remaining rolls and filling.
- Place the completed rolls in a pan sprinkled with flour. Layer with parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent the rolls from sticking together.
- Fill a deep fryer with vegetable oil and heat until a deep-frying thermometer inserted in the oil reaches 350 degrees F. Carefully place the pizza rolls in the fry basket and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
