Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise.
3 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh squeezed.
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar.
1 tsp garlic minced.
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste).
3/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste).
1-pint cherry tomatoes, halved and sliced.
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced.
2 green onions, cut in half lengthwise, and chopped.
1 serrano pepper, seeded and finely chopped.
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded.
1 cup cheddar.

Steps:

Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
Make sure all the ingredients are well-mixed.
Chill for an hour before serving.
Before serving, add 1 cup cheddar and mix gently with a spoon or spatula to incorporate it evenly into the dressing.
Use the remaining cheese to garnish individual servings of the salad, or place it on top of the salad as a whole before serving.

1 cup Miracle Whip or 1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Steps:

Thoroughly blend Miracle Whip and buttermilk.
Add spices, blending well.
Store covered in refrigerator.
HINT: Using the low speed of a blender lessens prep time!
