MARSHMALLOW SANTAS
With a marshmallow body, coconut beard and chocolate candy hat, sweet Santas will appeal to kids of all ages!

Steps:
- Place cooking parchment paper or waxed paper on cookie sheet; place pretzels on paper for feet of Santas.
- In 1-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave candy coating uncovered on High 35 seconds, stir. Continue heating 10 seconds at a time until smooth after stirring.
- Using wooden skewer inserted into 1 flat end of marshmallow, dip marshmallow into melted coating. Allow excess to drip off; sprinkle with red sugar, and place on top of pretzel. Place 2 miniature chocolate chips on front for buttons (where feet extend). Insert another marshmallow on skewer; dip again, allow excess to drip off. Sprinkle with coconut; sprinkle with small amount of pink sugar for face; add eyes (miniature chocolate chips) and nose (red cinnamon candy). Place on top of other marshmallow. Set aside to cool, or refrigerate. Repeat with remaining marshmallows.
- When coating is firm, attach hats (foil-wrapped chocolate candy bells) tassels (miniature marshmallows) and bags (gumdrop halves) with small amount of melted coating. Use toothpick to make small opening for arms (candy-coated chocolate candies); insert arms into marshmallows with small amount of melted coating.

STRAWBERRY SANTA CLAUS
These are cute little Santa creations using strawberries, pineapple, and cream cheese icing. Your guests and kids will love them.

Steps:
- Place cream cheese mixture in decorating bag fitted with #17 star tip.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow cream in l with mixer on high speed until fluffy.
- Cut each strawberry in 1/2 crosswise. Place a chunk of pineapple in center and secure with toothpick, repeat until done.
- Press chocolate chips in to pineapple for eyes, pipe cream cheese around top bottom part of strawberry to form fur around the hat, then pipe cream cheese around pineapple to form Santa's beard.
- Refrigerate (no more than 2 hours).
- Serve on white cream covered Oreos or a white cookie of your choice.

Steps:
- Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In small bowl, stir 1/4 teaspoon red food color into 1/4 cup of the frosting; blend well. In separate bowl, stir 1 small amount red food color into remaining 1 cup frosting; blend well.
- For each cookie, frost 1 inch of one corner of cracker with dark red frosting for Santa's hat. Place 1 marshmallow piece in corner for pom-pom.
- Frost remainder of cracker with pink frosting. Place marshmallow pieces on pink frosting around 2 sides for beard. Add gumdrop for nose and cinnamon candies for eyes. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
