MARRA'S LIGHT CITRUS BUTTERMILK SALAD DRESSING

Marra's Light Citrus Buttermilk Salad Dressing image

Inspired by lainey's Recipe #261991 I made my own giving it a citrus twist as well as other things. You can switch the lime for lemon, orange or tangerine as well. The lime not only gives it a wonderful flavor but also thickens the buttermilk further.

BUTTERMILK SALAD DRESSING

Buttermilk Salad Dressing image

To me this is real Buttermilk Dressing. I know there are a few recipes similar to this on Zaar, but none quite like it. My family loves this stuff. We don't even buy Ranch dressing anymore, this is waaay too good. BTW, it makes ALOT, so feel free to halve the recipe. It tastes great either way. Also, I don't use the Accent. Doesn't affect the taste either way. And the guar gum is for thickening, please use whatever you prefer for that.
