Steps:
- Split your hot dog down the middle but don't go all the way through. You want a butterfly cut (like you do to the bun). Cook the hot dogs your favorite method. We love slow roasted over the fire. However grilling, nuking or boiling will work too. Place split, cooked hot dog in a bun and top with a generous amount of mango salsa. Devour and repeat until you are full.

- Rub the oil all over the fish and season. Heat a griddle pan or BBQ, cook the fish for 3 mins, then turn over and cook for 3 mins on the other side until charred and just cooked through.
- For the salsa, toss together the mango, spring onions, chilli, lime zest and juice and coriander. Serve with the grilled fish and salad leaves.

Add pineapple, mango, onion and pepper; toss to coat., Grill hot dogs, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat until heated through, 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally., Place hot dogs in buns; cut each crosswise in half.
