MANDARIN ORANGE PEEL TEA

Mandarin Orange Peel Tea image

From the blog Wandering Chopsticks. Note: you can dry your own orange peels very easily by air drying using a wire rack, in a low oven (150º) or in the microwave. Remove as much of the pith as possible before drying. I usually oven-dry the peel then coarsely grind in a spice grinder. This does warrant using a tea strainer when brewing tea.
