This is a great desert! Light fluffy and oh so very good! It taste better in the diet form then the sugar form. I have tried both and always I'am told they like the diet version better! Now that is saying something!!

2 box(es) (small boxes) of sugar free orange jell-o
2 box(es) (small boxes) of sugar free instant vanilla pudding
2 package(s) (tubs 8oz.) sugar free cool whip (one tub is used for topping)
2 large cans of mandarin oranges (reserve the juice)

Steps:

  • 1. Put jello into a bowl and add 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until dissolved. 2. Add the juice from the mandarin oranges,crushed ice and water to make 2 cups. Pour into the hot jell-0 and stir until dissolved. 3. Add the vanilla instant pudding to the jello and stir until blended well. 4. Put one tub of sugar free cool whip in with the other ingredients. Fold in until blended. 5. Set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes or until firm enough to add the oranges (don't let it get too firm, you will pour it into another bowl later on). 6. Add one can and half of the other can (oranges) to the above mixture. Blend (use the other half of can of oranges for decoration on top of the jello)
  • Put jello into a pretty clear glass footed bowl. Set in the refrigerator until firm. Put rounded teaspoons of cool whip on top all around the edge of the bowl.Put the remaining oranges in between each dollop of cool whip. Put large dollop of cool whip in center and add an orange on top of that. Very pretty and taste great!
  • You can make this with a Cherry or Strawberry Jello. Cherry....Cherry jello, instant val. pudding and cherries cut up. Strawberry....Strawberry jello, instant val. pudding and cut up fresh strawberries.
  • Note: I have tried other flavors and the orange version is the best.

2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
2-1/2 cups sparkling water
2 cans (11 oz. each) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in sparkling water; pour into 8 champagne glasses or dessert dishes. Refrigerate 30 min. or until thickened.
  • Top with oranges. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • Combine COOL WHIP and red pepper; spoon over desserts just before serving.

1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, undrained
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Drain oranges, reserving 3/4 cup juice.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved orange juice and lemon juice; pour 1-1/4 cups into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Add remaining gelatin mixture gradually to cream cheese in medium bowl, whisking after each addition until blended. Stir in oranges. Spoon over gelatin layer in pan.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving to serve.

1 cup Orange sherbet
1 cup boiling water

Steps:

  • Disolve jello in boiling water.
  • Immediately add orange sherbert and stir till melted.
  • Chill until slightly set, and add drained mandarin oranges. Cover with plastic wrap touching to prevent film from developing on top.
  • Chill until firm.

4 cups water
6 oz Orange Jello Mix
3 ounce instant vanilla pudding
11 ounce can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 of a 20 ounce can of Pineapple chunks, drained
One 8 ounce container cool whip

Steps:

  • Mix together 4 cups of water, orange jello mix, and vanilla pudding mix in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time to keep clumps from forming. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Pour into a heat-resistant container (I usually use a glass baking dish), cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about four hours. Remove from fridge and break up the jello into chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and whipped cream and mix around until everything is combined. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.

Except for the light whipped topping and the juice from the pineapple, this is almost sugar free. I got this from a Weight Watchers recipe swap. My kids inhale this stuff when I make it which is fine with me since they're getting some fruit and dairy in every serving, but they just think it's a sweet treat! (WW Points per serving = 1)

1 (3 ounce) box sugar-free orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup crushed pineapple in juice
1 cup mandarin orange, drained
1 cup light whipped topping, thawed if frozen
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt

Steps:

  • In square 8x8 dish, combine gelatin and boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Add cold water, pineapple and Mandarin oranges.
  • Chill until almost set.
  • Combine whipped topping and yogurt. Fold into gelatin mixture.
  • Chill for at least three hours, cut into 8 equal squares and serve.
