- In a small bowl, combine the chicken, rosemary, salt and pepper. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken over medium heat until browned., Stir in broth and tomatoes, scraping any brown bits from bottom of pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Add beans; heat through.

My Greek grandmother made the most delicious Greek chicken and green beans with a lemon-tomato flavor. Whenever I make this slow-cooker recipe, I think of her. - Combine the first 7 ingredients in a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker. Top with chicken. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook, covered, on low until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 170°-175°, 4-6 hours., Preheat broiler. Place chicken on a greased rack in a broiler pan. Broil 4-6 in. from heat until golden brown, 3-4 minutes. Serve with bean mixture and, if desired, lemon wedges and additional fresh dill.

- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add the chicken and cook over moderate heat until lightly browned, about 4 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a platter.
- Add the fennel, onion and garlic to the skillet and cook over moderately low heat, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the beans to coat them with the oil, then add the chopped tomatoes with their juice, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, tomato paste, rosemary and chile.
- Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.
- Cook over low heat until the juices thicken slightly, about 4 minutes.
- Add the chicken and water, cover and simmer until the chicken is tender, about 40 minutes; turning the chicken halfway through.
- Season the stew with salt and pepper and serve.
- The chicken stew can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.

Steps:
- For chicken, heat oven to 375°F.
- Place each chicken thigh on a large square of aluminum foil.
- Combine remaining chicken ingredients, spoon over chicken.
- Fold foil up and over chicken sealing edges to form a packet.
- Bake 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, for beans, heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, cook 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, cook 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Carefully open packets and transfer mixture to 2 serving plates.
