Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl before cutting the butter in with a fork.
- Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough begins to form. Don't over mix. There should be some remaining flour in the bowl.
- Empty the dough and remaining dry ingredients onto a flat surface. Use your hands to work everything together until no crumbs remain.
- Press the dough into a rectangle before cutting the dough into 6 pieces.
- Brush the 6 pieces with an egg yolk (or other options from the notes) and add to the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits have risen and their tops are golden brown.

ALMOST ZERO LOW-FAT BISCUITS
Almost zero-fat, these delicious non-guilt biscuits are tender and fluffy. I have for years called these Zero Fat Biscuits but, due to an insignificant amount of fat in the flour, they are now called Almost Zero Low-Fat Biscuits. Just follow these easy step-by-step photo instructions.

GREEK YOGURT BISCUITS
No milk, no eggs, no problem. These biscuits utilize Greek yogurt for creaminess, and carbonated water or seltzer water for an added light flakiness! The result is a biscuit that melts in your mouth! Yum!

LOWER FAT FUDGE BROWNIES
After many tries, I've finally developed a really fudge-y, chewy brownie recipe. Several people in my office are on diets and swear by these. You can use low fat or nonfat yogurt and egg replacers to make it even lower in fat and cholesterol, but the full fat yogurt really adds to the texture of the brownies.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, cocoa powder and yogurt. Stir in the eggs one at a time until well blended, then add vanilla and salt. Stir in the flour until just absorbed. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 28 to 32 minutes in the preheated oven, until the brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan, and a toothpick inserted comes out fairly clean (sticky crumbs are okay). Cool brownies in the pan over a wire rack before cutting into squares. Cover tightly with plastic wrap to store.

YOGURT BISCUITS
"Scoring the dough instead of cutting out individual pieces keeps these biscuits nice and moist," explains Rosemarie Kondrk of Old Bridge, New Jersey. "They have old-fashioned flavor that's very satisfying."

LOW-FAT HOMEMADE BISCUITS
Biscuits are one of those items that go with an array of dishes. I've recreated this recipe to be lowfat and sugar free, so you REALLY can't go wrong with these! They brown nice and light on the outside, yet stay really moist and soft on the inside. Recently, I just made this recipe, sliced the biscuits in half, and stuffed them with a scrambled egg dish and cheese. Really tasty! Of course, they also pair nicely with a good stew, too! Or just eat them by themselves! :0) Enjoy!!

LOW FAT YOGURT BISCUITS
Everyone tells me that you can't make good lowfat biscuits, but I think that this recipe proves them wrong. These are tender, but hearty with a little whole wheat flour.
