LOW CARB ALFREDO CHICKEN PASTA RECIPE
FANTASTIC Pasta recipe for low carb and keto dieters!

Steps:
- In a large casserole dish add the fresh spinach, olive oil and minced garlic.
- Mix up the ingredients well until the oil has coated all of the ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add heavy cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and the melted butter.
- Mix until you have a creamy sauce.
- Remove the healthy noodles from the packages and rinse under warm water.
- Drain the noodles.
- Add the rinsed noodles and the precooked heated chicken to the sauce.
- Mix until fully combined.
- If the dish is warm enough, you can serve it right away. If it needs to be heated more just pop it back in the oven for about 5 or 10 minutes until it's fully heated.
- Chop the fresh parsley.
- Sprinkle the parsley over the pasta and serve warm.
- Enjoy!

- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, then continue to simmer for about 5 minutes, until it begins to thicken and volume is reduced by about 1/3. (Amount of time will vary depending on the size of your saucepan.)
- Reduce heat to low. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese. Keep whisking over low heat, until smooth. If using nutmeg, sea salt, and/or black pepper, stir those in, to taste. (If sauce is thicker than you like, you can thin it out with more cream.)

If you like Chicken Breasts, and Chicken Alfredo in particular, this recipe is going to blow your socks off!! SOOO easy, SOOOO yummy, and if you have any leftovers, they disappear fast! - Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a 12-inch skillet brown chicken breasts in hot oil about 10 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Transfer chicken to a 3-quart rectangular baking dish; set aside.
- For sauce, in a medium saucepan beat whipping cream with a wire whisk or rotary beater for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Heat over medium heat just until simmering. Reduce heat to medium-low. Gradually whisk in cheese until melted.
- Pour sauce over chicken breasts in dish; top with sweet peppers. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (170 degrees F). Sprinkle with basil.

- Start by drying off the shirataki noodles as thoroughly as possible. First strain out all of the water, then pat dry with a paper towel, finally cook the noodles in a pan for 5-10 minutes to completely dry them. (Drying the noodles out is a key step in getting the sauce to stick to the noodles)
- Cook the Italian sausage on medium heat until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same pan the sausage was cooked in, add cream and butter. Scrape the bottom of the pan to get all of the flavor from the sausage incorporated into the sauce.
- After cream and butter are up to temperature, add the parsley and cheese. Mix thoroughly until cheese is fully melted.
