Growing up, my great grandma would make this every weekend while i was there...now that she has passed, i still make it often and remember the good times we have shared...the ingrediants in this recipe are simple...and somewhat weird, but overall the taste is YUMMY...hope you enjoy!

Steps:
- Combine chopped lettuce and sliced bananas in a large bowl.
- in another bowl combine mayo, miracle whip, milk and sugar, using whisk to get out any lumps.
- NOTE: MIXTURE WILL THICKEN UPON MIXING BUT WILL COAT NICELY.
- combine mayo mixture to lettuce mixture and toss to coat-- serve and enjoy!

It's very refreshing, and it's WAY better than PF Chang's lettuce wraps! Best of all, it takes only about 20 minutes to make.

- Heat olive oil on medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok and saute onions until tender. Add garlic; saute until fragrant (about 1 more minute)
- Add chicken and saute until cooked completely.
- Meanwhile, whisk soy sayce and cornstarch together in a small bowl (or in a mason jar). Add remaining sauce ingredients (hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and ginger) and whisk or shake to combine.
- Add celery, cashews, and sauce to skillet; saute for 1-2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Transfer to bowl and allow to cool slightly. Serve wrapped in large lettuce pieces and garnished with green onions.

- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl stir together the chicken stock, soy sauce, ginger, hoisin sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to hot skillet. Cook, flipping once, until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Reduce heat to low, add the sauce from the bowl and continue to cook, stirring, until thickened. Add sriracha hot sauce, to taste. Stir in cashews and most of the green onion, reserving a big handful for garnish at the end.
- Serve in cold lettuce cups. Top with remaining chopped green onions if desired.

- Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in a large flat-bottom wok or cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat until shimmering. Add scallions, shallot and ginger and cook, stirring occasionally, until starting to soften, 2 to 4 minutes. Increase heat to high and add the remaining 1 tablespoon canola oil and chicken (or turkey). Cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink and most of the liquid has evaporated, about 8 minutes. Add nuts and celery and cook, stirring occasionally, until the celery is soft, about 3 minutes more.
