Lemon And Vodka Martinis Food

ITALIAN MARTINI

Steps:

• Place the basil and lemon in a cocktail pitcher and muddle until the basil is bruised and the lemon juice is released. Add the honey and stir to dissolve. Fill the pitcher with ice, add the vodka and bitter orange liqueur and stir to combine and chill. Strain into martini glasses and serve.

LEMON VODKA

Steps:

• In a saucepan, bring the juice, zest and sugar to a boil. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Cool.
• In a bottle or a sealed glass container, combine the syrup and vodka. Allow to infuse in a dark area for 7 or more days.
• Place a coffee filter in a strainer and filter the alcohol.
• Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
• Delicious after a winter activity. This lemon vodka is served in shot glass, in cocktails and martinis.

VODKA MARTINI

Steps:

• Stir the vodka, dry vermouth and a little ice together or put them in a cocktail shaker to combine.
• Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with an olive on a cocktail stick or a twist of lemon peel.

LEMON DROP COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine the vodka, lemon juice, and sugar and pour into a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with lemon slices.

BLUE LEMON DROP MARTINI

Steps:

• Pre-chill martini glass in freezer. Rim glass with sugar, if desired. Pour into a martini shaker, the vodka, blue curacao and lemonade. Fill with 1 cup ice and shake until well chilled.
• Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon slice.

LEMON AND VODKA MARTINIS

Steps:

• Place 4 large martini glasses in the freezer. Combine the sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl; whisk until the sugar dissolves. (The lemon syrup can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and chill.)
• Combine 1/4 cup lemon syrup and the vodka in a martini shaker. Add ice cubes. Cover and shake 8 to 10 times, then strain the mixture equally into 4 very cold martini glasses (about 3 tablespoons each). Add 1/4 cup chilled sparkling wine to each glass. Garnish each martini with a lemon slice if desired, and serve very cold.

LEMON INFUSED VODKA RECIPE

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• In a 1-quart (or larger) jar, pour the vodka and add the lemon peels. Seal, shake, and let infuse for 4 to 7 days. Shake the jar daily and test the infusion after the third or fourth day to see how the flavor develops.
• Once the infusion reaches your desired flavor intensity, strain out and discard the lemon peels using a fine-mesh strainer.
• Bottle the lemon vodka under a tight seal. Store in a cool, dark place as you would other liquors, and use in your favorite drinks.

LEMON DROP MARTINI

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• Rim a cocktail glass with sugar : Place the sugar in a shallow dish. Wipe a lemon wedge around the glass to wet the surface, then dip it into the sugar. Set aside to dry while you mix the drink.
• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
• Shake well .
• Strain into the rimmed glass.
• Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve and enjoy.
