Turkey Hash Recipe: my favorite for leftover turkey. Save any yummy leftover turkey so you have plenty to make this lip smacking hash!

Steps:
- Pour about ¼ inch of vegetable oil in bottom of large nonstick skillet and place over medium high heat to warm.
- Add frozen potatoes with onions and peppers, sprinkle well with seasoned salt, and cook, stirring often, until cooked through and lightly browned. Reduce heat to medium.
- Add in chopped turkey and turkey gravy. Stir until well combined. Add more seasoned salt to taste. Continue cooking, stirring from time to time, until mixture has thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

Steps:
- Mix mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, green beans, stuffing and shredded turkey in a bowl.
- Form small patties of the mixture, about the size of your palm.
- In a pan over med-high heat, heat the oil and add patties. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown on the outside and hot on the inside.
- Serve with chopped chives, gravy and a squirt of sriracha.

Steps:
- Cut bacon into one inch pieces and cook until crisp in a large pan. Drain. Pour bacon drippings into small bowl and set aside.
- Wipe out pan with paper towels and return 2 tsp drippings to pan.
- Add frozen potatoes and spread out to single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned on one side.
- While the potatoes are cooking, chop the bell pepper and cut the onion into wedges.
- Stir the potatoes and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the onion and pepper and cook 3 minutes longer.
- Stir in turkey and cooked bacon. Drizzle with 2 tsp bacon drippings, season to taste with black pepper and conitinue cooking until heated through.
- Heat the gravy on the stove or microwave and serve with the hash.

- In a large, heavy skillet (dry) over medium-high heat, place sliced almonds. Stir constantly (to avoid burning) until the almonds begin to turn light golden brown; 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic and red pepper to the skillet and sauté, stirring constantly until the onions begin to become translucent.
- Add the turkey, dressing, salt and pepper; stir to mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through; about 5 minutes.
- Add the gravy/cream and almonds to the skillet. Cook until the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently, scrapping the bottom of the skillet to incorporate the browned bits into the mixture. Allow mixture to sit a few minutes in between stirring to develop a light golden crust. Hash should still be moist when done; about 5-10 minutes.
