LASAGNA-LIKE PASTA DISH
If you like ricotta cheese, you will love this recipe. I put a twist on the traditional lasagna dish. For this recipe instead of meat as in a lasagna, i used mushrooms and it came out perfect, but if you don't like mushrooms you can definitely substitute with your favorite meat. This recipe tastes absolutely terrific and it is a fairly simple dinner to make.

LASAGNA STYLE PASTA DISH
Like those boxed kits they sell "ready to go." Throw together in 5 minutes and toss in the oven. Not nearly as good as real homemade lasagna, but a decent meal in its own right. You could easily toss some precooked ground beef into it, or use a hearty leftover homemade pasta sauce. I think it would be good to keep the ingredients on hand 'just in case.' Add a canned vegetable as the side, and you have a complete meal with the only perishable item being the cheese.
