LASAGNA (MICROWAVE)
This is a pretty simple & quick lasagna recipe that doesn't suffer for the short cuts. OK, it's not in the same league with your Italian grandmother's slave-over-the-stove recipe, but it is darned good. It is adapted from the book that came with my 1st microwave.

MICROWAVE LASAGNA
This is another of those recipes my mom got from the 1980's microwave cooking class. You don't pre-cook the noodles for this. This recipe pre-dates turntables. To save wear and tear on your microwave's turn table take the glass turn table plate out, remove the roller ring and then put the plate back in upside down. This recipe requires a microwave safe 9x13 baking dish. I use a Pyrex one.

MICROWAVE LASAGNA
It's almost hard to believe that this traditional, mouthwatering dish comes from the microwave. While the lasagna cooks, use your oven to bake some rolls or bread to complete the meal.-Betty Ruenholl, Syracuse, Nebraska
