1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. milk, divided
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 lb. fettuccine, cooked

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese spread, 2 Tbsp. milk and seasonings until blended.
  • Cook and stir bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 2 Tbsp. drippings from skillet.
  • Stir onions into reserved drippings; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Add cream cheese mixture, peas and remaining milk; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Add bacon and pasta; toss to evenly coat.

4 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
4 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli florets, sliced carrots, red pepper strips)
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Add chicken broth, water and macaroni to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until macaroni is tender.
  • Add vegetables and cream cheese; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended and heated through, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with bacon and Parmesan.

I have to admit whenever I first saw this I was skeptical...but after one bite, I was hooked. It has a flavor that I didn't expect, especially after hearing the ingredients. I don't know where it originally came from as I got this recipe from my mom. Unsure of serving amount...makes quite a bit though.

1 (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta
1 lb bacon
2 tablespoons bacon grease
1/2 cup chopped mushroom
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups whipping cream (NOT whipped cream)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup sliced green onion

Steps:

  • Cook pasta and drain.
  • Fry bacon, drain off grease, and crumble into small pieces.
  • Saute mushrooms, garlic, and green onions in bacon grease.
  • Add pasta, parmesan, bacon pieces, whipping cream, and black pepper to sauted mushroom mixture.
  • Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Enjoy!

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
3 slices crumbled cooked bacon
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
4 ounces neufchatel cheese, cubed
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • COOK pasta as directed on package.
  • MEANWHILE, cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 minute or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Add bacon, tomatoes, Neufchatel cheese, water and pepper; mix well. Cook 3 minute or until Neufchatel cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  • DRAIN pasta; place in serving bowl. Add sauce; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

1 tub (270 g) Philadelphia Herb and Garlic Cooking Creme
2 Cups frozen peas, thawed (optional)
Also - can add diced chicken breasts (1-2 breasts diced and cooked)

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat for 10 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 1 tbsp dripping in skillet; drain bacon on paper towels. Add onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir 3 mins (closer to 8 for more cooked onions) or until crisp-tender. Add Cooking Creme and peas; cook and stir 3-4 mins or until heated through. Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water. Gradually add reserved water to sauce mixture until desired consistency is reached. Add pasta and bacon, mix lightly. Serve immediately.
