EASY GRILLED GOCHUJANG CHICKEN
Gochujang chicken drumsticks grilled until caramelized and juicy are finger-licking good. The spicy glaze makes this a guaranteed knock-out.

Steps:
- Whisk together gochujang, oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and crushed garlic.
- Pour 3/4 of the marinade/glaze over the chicken and rub in, making sure every piece is coated. Set the remaining marinade aside for grilling.
- Cover and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes but up to 24 hours in the fridge.
- Grill the chicken over medium heat, brushing with the remaining marinade, until golden, caramelized and cooked through. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Scatter the grilled chicken with sesame seeds and chopped spring/green onion and serve.

KOREAN GOCHUJANG CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
Gochujang Chicken Drumsticks - tender oven baked chicken drumsticks coated in a delicious Korean Gochujang marinade.

Steps:
- Whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic and sesame oil in a large bowl or dish.
- Add in the chicken drumsticks and let marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge (or you can do this overnight if you prefer)
- Preheat oven to 215c, fan 195c, 420f (gas mark 7)
- Add the marinated drumsticks to a baking tray lined with parchment, spray over the top with low calorie cooking spray.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and brush with the juices and bake for another 15 minutes until cooked through and tender.
- Scatter with the spring onion and pinch of sesame seeds.
- Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!!

Steps:
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite size pieces.
- To prepare marinate mix all the following ingredients (gochujang, soy sauce, wine, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, gochugaru black pepper and ginger) in a medium glass bowl.
- Mix all marinade ingredients well.
- Place sliced chicken thighs, green onion in with the marinate; toss and press meat into bowl. Top with sliced onion.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 2-6 hours.
- Heat 2 tdsp of oil in a cast iron skillet or wok. Grab most (all if you can) of the onions out of bowl; squeeze marinate out. Add onions to skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain marinate (into sink) out of chicken/green onions and add to onions; cook on medium high. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
