- Combine all dry ingredients then add Karo syrup and mix thoroughly.
- Line a small pan with wax paper and pack the mixture firmly into pan.
- Melt milk chocolate and spread over top of mixture and refridgerate until firm. At least one hour.

If you're looking to reduce your sugar intake, substitute splenda for sugar. This makes an excellent addition to care packages for college students who need a little pick-me up in between classes.

- Combine all, blend well. Blend 1 c. Ice Water & 1/3 c. mix, blend well. Add fresh fruit for a change of pace.

INSTANT BREAKFAST ICE CREAM SHAKE
Whenever my kids are not feeling well and ask for a shake, I like to add a packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast / Essentials to it to make it filling and get a little substance into their bellies. My kids prefer the milk chocolate flavored powder, but feel free to use whatever flavor you like.
