As colorful as a Florida sunset, this fruity-delicious cocktail is a favorite at the Sundowners Restaurant in Key Largo.

- Rub rim of 1 margarita glass with lime; dip into sugar. Add mango and strawberry purees to glass. Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add tequila, orange juice, Cointreau and lime juice. Cover; shake vigorously. Pour into glass. If desired, garnish with mint sprig and lime zest.

- Put about 1 cup ice cubes in a pitcher. Pour in tequila, triple sec, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well and divide between two cocktail glasses. Using the back of a large spoon, carefully pour 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice down the inner side of each glass. Garnish each with fresh lime peel, crushed slightly just before adding.
