I got this recipe off a Kahlua glass and it's wonderful! I've been meaning to post this for a while, but the glass just has lines you fill to - - 1 part kahlua, 1 part vodka, 2 parts milk, etc. So, I finally had to get a measuring shot glass to get the exact measurments. I wanted to get this recipe posted before I break the glass and lose the recipe forever. It's a great drink.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 ounces Kahlua (1 jigger, any coffee flavored liqueur will work)
1 1/2 ounces vodka (1 jigger, can use Vanilla Vodka)
1/2 cup milk (3 ounces or 2 jiggers, however you want to measure)
1 1/2 ounces coffee (not HOT coffee, only use room temperature or cold)
ice

Steps:

  • Pour Kahlua, Vodka, milk and coffee into a glass. Stir or shake.
  • Pour over ice and serve.
  • Kick yourself for not making a double batch.

  • Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Pour into a chilled glass, over ice.

A rich creamy coffee full of flavor! Good iced coffee is my favorite to relax with whether it is winter or summer. A secret for making your iced coffee easier is to freeze ice cube trays filled with leftover brewed coffee. Having these ice cubes handy helps retain the coffee flavor rather than the watered down effect of regular ice cubes. Try it!

1 cup of strong brewed coffee
1 1/2 ounces Kahlua
1 ounce half-and-half cream
sugar (or Splenda)
ice cube
whipped cream (optional)
cinnamon (or cocoa powder)

Steps:

  • Mix coffee, kahlua, half and half cream and sugar in a tall glass or cup. Add ice cubes.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
  • Note: Make frozen coffee ice cubes for your iced coffees by freezing leftover brewed coffee in ice trays. Place 2-3 cubes in your coffee cup for extra flavor! .
