1 tube refrigerated crescent dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 c. Cheddar
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
8 jalapenos, ends and seeds removed and halved
16 mini hot dogs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375° F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice crescent rolls longwise into thirds.
  • In a medium bowl, using a spatula, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, bacon, and cheddar. Season with salt and pepper and stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Using a knife, spread the cream cheese mixture on the crescent dough.
  • Place mini hot dogs into jalapeños and place on the thick end of crescent triangle and role them up. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden, 15-20 minutes. Serve.

2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
6 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste
6 smoked jalapeno sausages, halved

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Unwrap crescent dough and separate into 12 triangles onto a clean work surface. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons cream cheese into each jalapeno half and press a sausage half into the mixture. Place stuffed jalapenos on top of the crescent triangles and sprinkle with 1 to 2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese. Wrap stuffed jalapeno with crescent dough.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until dough has puffed up and is lightly browned, about 15 minutes.

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup fresh or canned jalapenos, diced
24 cocktail sausages (sometimes called lil' smokies)
1 (8 ounce) package Pillsbury refrigerated crescent roll dough

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a cooking sheet lightly with cooking spray. In a food processor, blend the cream cheese and jalapenos until smooth. If you don't have a food processor just dice the jalapenos as fine as you can and blend. Slightly press the crescent roll with your hand to flatten and spread about 2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture on the roll. Add your cocktail sausage on top of the cream cheese and roll up. Place on the cooking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or golden brown.

  • Cut the tops off of the jalapeño peppers and then each pepper in half. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and membranes and discard them. Place a cocktail wiener on each scooped out pepper half and cut the pepper to be the same size as the cocktail wiener. Set aside.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well-combined. One at a time, remove the cocktail wiener from each pepper segement and fill each jalapeño pepper segment with the cheese mixture. Then, top each cheese-filled jalapeño pepper segment again with the cocktail wieners. Set aside.
