Steps:
- Heat the broiler.
- Sauté sausage on medium high heat breaking them up as you go. Cook until no longer pink, about 8-10 minute.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Discard fat from pan.
- In same pan over medium heat cook peppers for 10 minutes or until brown edges form.
- Return sausage to pan along with the sauce and simmer until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
- Transfer into bowl and add 1/2 cup of the cheese.
- Place the bun halves on broiler pan.
- Divide and spread the sausage mixture on the halves.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Broil until bubbling and bread is crisp.

- Remove casings from sausage. Crumble and brown in a large skillet. Drain and set aside.
- Sautee onion in same skillet. Add tomato pasta sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add sausage. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Place split hoagie rolls each on a plate. Spoon sausage-tomato mixture over roll halves. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place under hot broiler until cheese melts (approximately 1 minutes).

- Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray bottom of 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, butter and water until dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan.
- In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage and bell pepper over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain if necessary. Spread sausage mixture over crust; spread pasta sauce over sausage. Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly around edges and cheese is lightly browned. Sprinkle tomatoes and basil over top.

- Heat a medium nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
- Add in 1 tablespoon olive oil and the sausage patties.
- Cook the patties 4 minutes on each side; then remove from the pan.
- Add another tablespoon olive oil to the pan; then add the bell peppers, onions, salt, pepper, and pepper flakes.
- Cook about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still have a bite to them.
- Pile the veggies on the patties and return pan to the stove.
- Add butter to the pan; let butter melt.
- Add 2 slices bread, top each with a slice of cheese, a sausage patty, some peppers and onions, another slice of cheese, then the remaining slices of bread.
- Press and cook patty melts 2 or 3 minutes on each side.
- Warm a cup of marinara sauce, pizza sauce, or tomato sauce in the microwave (1 ½ minutes on HIGH).
- Cut sandwiches corner to corner and serve with sauce for dipping.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Brush olive oil evenly over crust.
- Then sprinkle the 4 Tablepoons of Parmesan Romano Blend, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the oiled crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
- Cover with pasta sauce, making sure crust is evenly covered.
- Top with shredded cheese and if desired sprinkle with crushed red pepper and onion, then bake for 15 minutes or until sauce is slightly bubbling and cheese is lightly browned.

- Heat oil in a large nonstick frypan or Dutch oven.
- Add in the sausage meat and cook breaking up the meat with a spoon (this should take about 10-12 minutes)then remove the sausage to a bowl.
- To the same skillet/pot add in the chopped eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, garlic, dried basil, chili flakes; saute for about 7-8 minutes or until just softened.
- Add the cooked sausage meat back to the skillet or pot with the chopped drained tomatoes, parsley and black pepper (or cayenne if using) reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add in 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese; mix to combine.
- Set oven to 350 degrees and butter a 8 x 8-inch baking dish (or larger).
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with about 1-1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the cheese melts and is bubbling.
