ITALIAN DRESSING (BETTER THAN STORE-BOUGHT)
This easy homemade Italian dressing is zesty, super flavorful and perfect for tossing with salad or used as a marinade. We love the combination of wine vinegar and lemon juice in this, but if you do not have lemons, use 1/4 cup of wine vinegar instead. White wine vinegar and red wine vinegar can be used interchangeably in this recipe.

Steps:
- Combine all of the ingredients listed in a small bowl and whisk until well blended and creamy. Taste then adjust with additional salt or pepper.
- Alternatively, you can add all of the ingredients to a medium mason jar, secure the lid, and then shake until blended.
- Keep, tightly covered, in the refrigerator up to three days. The dressing will likely last a day or two longer, but the fresh flavor of the garlic and herbs starts to degrade over time.

ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING
This is the salad dressing I grew up with that my mom created. As a child, I didn't realize there were any alternatives. To this day, my mom's salad dressing is still a favorite. Very simple to prepare. If you make it a little ahead of time, it will allow the flavors to blend. I hope you enjoy it!

EASY ITALIAN DRESSING
I L.O.V.E using Italian dressing, but the store bought kind can be a little salty. I found this on another website, and it is so good... you'll want to put it on everything. You can very the dry ingredients, I use whatever I think smells good and whatever I have. Instead of a fancy bottle, I use a left-over dressing bottle to store it... double the "mixing" recipe and it works fine. The dry should last you a long time.

Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and set aside.
- 2. To prepare dressing, whisk together the remaining wet ingredients and 2 tablespoons of the dry.
- 3. Store your remaining dry ingredients in an air tight container, in your spice cabinet and use whenever you need a refill.
- I double the recipe which makes 16 oz. or a regular dressing bottle full. No need to refrigerate, you can use it right away but will taste better tomorrow.
- If you want to opt out of the fancy bottle, use a left over dressing bottle, and I write the wet ingredient list right on the bottle -- saves me having to save the recipe!
