INDIAN CHICKEN BALLS
I clipped this recipe from the local paper years ago. It is a great appetizer. I will usually roll half of the batch in the coconut flakes & leave the other half plain. Time does not include chilling time.

Steps:
- Mix together all ingredients except coconut flakes.
- Blend well.
- Chill several hours, then roll into 1 inch ballsusing level teaspoon to measure.
- Optional: roll in coconut flakes.

- Stir in the ginger paste and garlic paste and cook 2 minutes more, stirring frequently. Add the turmeric, coriander, and yogurt and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes more.
- Add the cream, salt, and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in the ground almonds and cook for 5 minutes more.
