CINNAMON DOLCE ICED COFFEE
Rich, refreshing iced coffee sweetened with the flavors of brown sugar and cinnamon. Divine!

Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and set over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick. Keeps refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add coffee concentrate, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon dolce syrup (add less or more depending on your preference), and half and half to desired point of creaminess. Drop in a straw and serve.

A secret for making your iced coffee easier is to freeze ice cube trays filled with leftover brewed coffee. Having these ice cubes handy helps retain the coffee flavor rather than the watered down effect of regular ice cubes. Try it!

- Mix coffee, kahlua, half and half cream and sugar in a tall glass or cup. Add ice cubes.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
- Note: Make frozen coffee ice cubes for your iced coffees by freezing leftover brewed coffee in ice trays. Place 2-3 cubes in your coffee cup for extra flavor! .

- Brew a batch of coffee using the ground coffee and 4 cups water. Once the coffee is brewed, mix in the milk. Put 3 to 4 cinnamon coffee ice cubes in each of 4 glasses. Pour milky coffee over the ice cubes and sweeten with sugar to taste. Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick if desired. Serves 4 Cinnamon Ice Cubes: 1/4 cup ground coffee, preferably dark roast 2 cinnamon sticks or 1 tsp. ground cinnamon At least a day before you want to serve iced coffee, brew a small batch of coffee, adding cinnamon sticks or ground cinnamon to the filter, or to the press pot, with the ground coffee and 2 cups water.
