HURRICANE CHILI image

Yield 3-4 hours serves 6 bowls

Number Of Ingredients 16

Ingredients

2 lb sirloin steak, cut into small pieces
Extra Virgin olive oil
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 glove frsh garlic, minced
1 medium sized onion, diced
12-ounce can drushed tomatoes
6-ounce can tomato sauce
6-ounce can tomato paste
16-ounce can blacl beans, drained
16-ounce can kidney beans, drained
4-ounce can green chilies, diced
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 12-ounce bottles beer {I prefer Guinness Stout)
salt and black pepper to taste

Steps:

Brown steak pieces in extra virgin olive oil with fresh garlic, onion and seasoned salt. Drain and place in cast iron dutch oven (with lid). Add all of the remaining ingredients and cook over medium-low flame for two to three hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with shredded Colby-Jack cheese and diced onions on top.

Ingredients

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger amaretto liqueur
1 fluid ounce light rum
1 fluid ounce dark rum
6 fluid ounces orange juice
6 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash grenadine syrup
1 orange, sliced into rounds
1 maraschino cherry

Steps:

Fill a 16 ounce glass with ice. Pour in amaretto, light rum and dark rum. Pour in orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Stir, then top with a dash of grenadine and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
