Steps:
- Thaw the shrimp. Then pat the shrimp dry.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat (375 to 450 degrees).
- Place the shrimp in a bowl and add the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix with your hands to combine.
- Place directly on a grill and grill 1 to 2 minutes per side until bright pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and squeeze on fresh lemon juice from several wedges of the lemon, to taste.

- If you're using wooden skewers, 30 minutes prior to grilling soak them in water so they don't burn on the grill.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Lay the shrimp on a flat surface and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Rub them with the olive oil and sprinkle on the salt and pepper.
- Fill the skewers with the shrimp, adding about 5 to each.
- Lay the skewers on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove them from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing onto the shrimp.

- Place the shrimp on the grates of the grill in an even layer and grill until golden brown and slightly charred, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Turn the shrimp over and continue grilling until just cooked through, 45 seconds to 1 minute longer. Remove the shrimp to a platter.
