"I've been making this dip for years, and now my grown daughters fix it for their families," says Jauneen Hosking of Waterford, Wisconsin. "My mom makes it, too, and her motto is, 'You can never have too much garlic.'"

Steps:
- Toss cauliflower florets and sliced jalapeños with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, either in a ziplock bag or a mixing bowl. Add curry powder and toss again. Lay out the cauliflower and jalapeños in a single layer on a baking pan and roast at 400 F until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Add the roasted cauliflower and jalapeños plus all of the other ingredients to a food processor. Puree until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed. If the dip is too chunky, add more olive oil until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve in a dipping bowl, optionally drizzling with more olive oil on top and garnishing with additional pepper, sea salt, and dried cilantro. Serve with chips or crackers.

BEST GARLIC DIP
I have adapted this from a recipe I found on the German cooking website chefkoch.de and changed it to my liking. I first made this for a New Year's Eve party and eventhough it makes quite a large amount, there was none left at the end. If you can't find Quark, you can substitute with either low-fat sour cream or natural yoghurt or a mix of the two. Have a look in you frozen food department of the grocery store for the frozen herbs, they come in small flat cartons in the UK and Germany. The paprika mentioned is the sweet mild kind, not very hot.

HOT CURRY GARLIC DIP
I live in a dorm where cooking is a daunting task; the space is very limited and the stove burns your eyebrow one day and ignoring me the next. This is the perfect and the most delicious dip I've ever encounter. There is no cooking and no dicing involved whatsoever. Just mix all the ingredients a few days in advance and buy some chips the day I serve it. Essentially if you know how to hold a spoon, you can make this; which makes this the perfect recipe for alot of friends of mine. The only problem I have is that my roomates can never wait one day for this to set; usually one third of it is gone the next morning.
