HOT APPLE PIE

Steps:

• Add the calvados, mead, apple juice, lemon juice and cinnamon-infused honey into a small saucepot and heat until near simmering, stirring occasionally.
• Strain into an Irish Coffee mug.
• Garnish with 2 dried apple slices and a cinnamon stick. *Cinnamon-infused honey: Add 3 to 5 cinnamon sticks to a small jar (4-ounce capacity or so), and fill with honey of choice. Let sit 4 to 6 days, stirring occasionally, and remove the cinnamon sticks once the cinnamon flavor is satisfactory (i.e., present without being overwhelmingly strong).

POSITIVELY WARM APPLE PIE

Steps:

• In a glass coffee mug or heat-resistant goblet, combine your heated cider and Tuaca. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Add cinnamon stick.

APPLE PIE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• If you'd like a sugar rimmed glass: Pour a thin layer of turbinado sugar into a shallow bowl. Run a lemon or apple wedge to around the rim of your glass (or use a bit of apple cider) and dip into sugar to coat. Set aside.
• In a cocktail shaker, combine apple cider, fireball, and vodka. Shake to combine.
• Pour over ice and serve immediately.

HOT APPLE PIE COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Add cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger in a saucepan.
• Stir in the apple cider, Calvados, and rum; warm over low heat for 30 minutes, until the mixture reaches a hot serving temperature.
• Strain out the spices; serve warm, garnished with freshly grated nutmeg.

HOT APPLE PIE DRINK

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, heat the first six ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in orange liqueur and brandy. Pour into mugs; garnish with whipped cream and additional nutmeg if desired.

LIQUID HOT APPLE PIE

Steps:

• In a large pot, combine the apple juice, ginger ale and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Stir in the whiskey and spiced rum and let stand for 1 hour. Pour into 1 gallon jugs or containers and place a cinnamon stick in each one. Cover and store until serving. This can be served warm, but don't heat too much or the alcohol will burn off.

HOT APPLE PIE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Place apple juice, cinnamon sticks, lemon juice, vanilla extract, allspice and ground cardamom in a medium saucepan.
• Warm 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until mixture is hot and the spices are well blended.
• Add schnapps, if using.
• Divide between 4 mugs and top with frozen yogurt.
• Serve immediately.
• Note: The cocktail can also be served cold.
