These wings just go so quick. The vindaloo with the honey is great. It is based on a Womens Weekly recipe. The marinating time takes the longest.

Steps:
- Cut chicken wings into 3 pieces at the joints, reserve wing tips for stock.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl with chicken, toss to coat chicken in marinade.
- Cover refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to hot.
- Place undrained chicken on oiled rack over baking dish.
- Roast uncovered in hot oven for about 40 mins until browned and cooked through, turning once during cooking.

CHICKEN WINGS WITH RED HOT HONEY GLAZE AND BLUE CHEESE-CELERY DIPPING SAUCE
Steps:
- For the wings:
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Combine the hot sauce, honey and butter in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture comes together, about 5 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Pour half of the sauce in a bowl and keep the remaining sauce in the pan, warm over low heat.
- Season the wings on both sides with the salt and pepper. Brush the wings with the reserved sauce in the bowl and place on the grill. Grill on each side for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove wings from the grill and toss with the warm hot sauce. Transfer to a platter and serve with the blue cheese sauce on the side for dipping.
- For the blue cheese-celery dipping sauce:
- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
HONEY-GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS WITH SNOW PEAS

- Position racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 425 degrees F. Lightly brush 2 rimmed baking sheets with olive oil. Put the chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with the paprika, curry powder, cumin and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Roast 15 minutes, then flip the wings, switch the position of the baking sheets and roast 15 more minutes. Meanwhile, bring a saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the snow peas and cook until bright green and crisp-tender, about 1 minute. Drain the snow peas and rinse under cold water, then transfer to a medium bowl. Toss with 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce and the lime juice. Whisk the remaining 1 tablespoon soy sauce and the honey in a large bowl. Add the wings and toss to coat. Divide among plates and serve with the snow peas and lime wedges.

- Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip section. Set wings aside. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, oil, chili sauce, salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and ginger. Cook and stir until blended and heated through. - Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 6. Put the chicken wings in a large roasting tin. Mix the honey, soy and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds in a bowl, then pour over the wings. Use your hands to mix and ensure all the wings are coated, then roast for 20 mins until cooked through, sticky and golden.
- Meanwhile, combine the soured cream, buttermilk, mayonnaise, lemon juice and paprika. Season well, then chill until ready to serve.
- When the wings are cooked, scatter over the remaining sesame seeds and the chilli. Serve with the dip, and some carrot and celery sticks for dunking.
