This Easy Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken starts with popcorn chicken and is glazed with the most amazing asian-inspired honey garlic sauce!

Steps:
- Cook popcorn chicken according to package directions.
- Prepare the glaze while chicken is cooking. Over medium heat sauté the garlic in butter for about a minute in a large skillet. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and red chili pepper flakes, ginger powder and water.
- Bring to a boil, whisking regularly. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes until glaze thickens slightly. Toss cooked popcorn chicken in glaze. This is easiest to do right in the skillet.
- Serve glazed chicken over rice (optional) and garnish with sliced green onion.

- The first step is using a paper towel, pat dry the chicken
- Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper (to taste), drizzle a little bit oil, and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176.6°C).
- Next, place the cast iron on the stovetop over medium-high heat let it get really hot for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken pieces on the cast iron and sear it on both sides. This will ensure a very crispy and juicy chicken.
- Then, transfer the cast iron into the oven. Let the chicken cook for about 20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350. Mix oil, garlic, and honey in a small bowl. Stir in soy sauce, pineapple juice, and vinegar. Spray or grease bottom of baking dish. Place chicken in the dish and brush with the honey mixture. Baste every 5 minutes or so, until cooked through.

HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN
This chicken is good and garlicky with a hint of sweetness. The honey coating becomes rich, sticky, and crispy in the oven, but if you want to go healthier, remove the skins. - Preheat oven to 375.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- Combine ingredients in large bowl (or zipper bag if you're going to marinate).
- Add chicken to marinade and thoroughly coat.

HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN THIGHS
Steps:
- Mix together the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, thyme, pepper and garlic in a bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade to use for basting later. Marinate the chicken with the remaining liquid in a resealable bag for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat one side of a gas grill to medium heat, keeping one side cooler. Grill the chicken thighs on medium for approximately 5 minutes on each side, taking care not to let the sugars burn. Move the thighs to the cool side of the grill and baste with the reserved marinade. Cover the grill and cook, basting every 3 to 4 minutes, until the thighs are cooked completely through, about 10 minutes more.
HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN
This is a quick and easy, but delicious meal. A sweet and tangy chicken. It can be done in the morning and placed in the oven when you get home from work. I definately recommend serving this with rice because the sauce is too good to pass up.

- You should have 8 pieces of chicken now.

- Put 2 chicken breasts, skin side up in a small baking dish and season.
- Squeeze the lemon into a bowl and stir in the honey and soy sauce. Spoon the mixture over the chicken, then tuck the squeezed-out half of lemon between the pieces (this will moisten and add flavour to the chicken).
- Roast the chicken breasts in a baking dish, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven (190C/gas 5/fan oven 170C). Cook until done and richly glazed, basting with the juices at least twice. To check if they are done, prod the chicken with your finger - if it's still a bit soft, give it a bit longer.
- Serve with salad and potatoes roasted with herbs and garlic.
