Ingredients

1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chicken stock
4 teaspoons honey
20 to 24 fresh rosemary leaves
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
20 store-bought crostini
8 ounces goat cheese, at room temperature

Steps:

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add the cranberries, stock, honey, rosemary, a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and let cool in the pan.
Smear the crostini with the goat cheese, then top with the cooked cranberries.

2 tablespoons cinnamon
3 cups water

Steps:

Bring to a boil all the ingredients then simmer to make tea stove top. Do NOT microwave!
Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times a day.

I recently made recipe #245084 which was nice but I found a little bitter for my tastes, to use it up I devised this smoothie. I have a fusspot DD who wont eat vegetables & snuck in a little zucchini too. I know it sounds weird but it blends in easily & you can't even tell it's there, I'll do anything to sneak some veggies in to little miss DD.
