Enjoy this easy sugar free amaretto recipe at your next gathering or special occasion! This version is sugar free and uses keto approved ingredients!

1 cup warm water
2 Tablespoons yacon syrup
½ cup BochaSweet (or other granulated sugar substitute)
2 Tablespoons almond extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups vodka

Steps:

  • In a mason jar or glass bowll, mix together warm water, yacon syrup and BochaSweet (or other granulated sugar substitute) until dissolved.
  • Add almond extract, vanilla extract and vodka and mix together.
  • Pour into a mason jar or other container for storage that you can tightly seal.
  • Store for a minimum of 1 week. This homemade sugar free amaretto reaches it's best flavor if you make it about 4 weeks in advance.

½ cup brown sugar
2 cups vodka
2 tablespoons almond extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Combine water and sugars in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until the mixture is boiling, and all of the sugar is dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  • Stir vodka, almond extract and vanilla extract into the mixture. Store in a sealed bottle.

1 cup water
1 cup sugar substitute, splenda
1/2 cup brown sugar, splenda
2 cups vodka
2 tablespoons almond extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Combine water and sugars in a very large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Heat until the mixture is boiling and all sugar is dissolved.
  • Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer for approximately 2 hours until mixture is thickened and syrupy and lightly coats a spoon.
  • Remove pan from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Add vodka and extracts and stir well.
  • Pour into a bottle and seal.

2 cups good quality vodka
1 1/2 cups sugar substitute (like Splenda)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons almond extract

Steps:

  • Blend water and sugar substitute in bowl or large pitcher until completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Allow to sit for a day or two to blend. I keep it in the frig. but you probably don't have to.

1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons almond liqueur, such as Amaretto

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup water and the sugar over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Stop stirring, and bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer, and cook until mixture has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in almond liqueur. Cool syrup to room temperature before using. The syrup can be refrigerated in an airtight container, up to 1 month.

100ml pineapple juice
50ml lemon juice
½ egg white
10ml syrup from cocktail cherries (or more if you prefer), plus cherries to serve
a few drops almond extract

Steps:

  • Put the pineapple juice, lemon juice, egg white, cherry syrup and almond extract into a blender. Whizz the mixture a few times at a high speed, until the mixture is pale and starting to increase in volume. If your blender is suitable for use with ice, add a few handfuls and pulse twice more to chill the mixture. Alternatively, stir in the ice until the outside of the jug feels cold. Pour into glasses and garnish with the cherries to serve.

1/2 cup almond flour
3 sliced almonds (to garnish)
1 lb cream cheese
3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Amaretto (I use DaVinci SF Amaretto Syrup)
3/4 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Spread amond flour in a baking pan and bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 4 minutes or until lightly toasted. Let cool.
  • With an electric mixer, beat cheese and splenda until smooth. Mix in eggs, vanilla, Amaretto and sour cream.
  • Pour batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Sprinkle garnish almonds on the top.
  • Bake in the middle of a preheated 325°F oven for 25 minutes or until just barely set. Turn off the oven, leave the door ajar, and let cool in the oven for 1 hour longer. Chill. To serve, remove pan sides and cut into wedges.
