Super Easy Homemade Spicy Pita Chips. So much better than store bought. Only 4 ingredients and ready in less than 15 minutes!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add pitas to a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to coat the pita chips.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway. Take out of the oven and let the chips cool on the pan. Serve with your favorite dips and salsas! Store leftover chips at room temperature in an airtight container.

- Cut pitas into 8 wedges. Pour olive oil into a bowl and add garlic, salt and pepper. Brush pita chips olive oil and garlic mixture. Arrange pita chips on baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

- Cut each pita bread into 8 triangles. Place triangles on lined cookie sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the oil, pepper, salt, basil and chervil. Brush each triangle with oil mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 7 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy. Watch carefully, as they tend to burn easily!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Spread the pita wedges out in a single layer on the baking sheets. In a small bowl, mix together the za'atar, granulated garlic and paprika. Drizzle the olive oil over the pita, then evenly sprinkle the spice blend over each wedge.

- Mix the garlic granules, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small container.
