Ingredients

2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 (20 ounce) bottle green tea
2 cups mixed berry sparkling water
2 tablespoons of fresh mint

Steps:

combine all ingriedients in a large pitcher.
Serve cold over ice.

Make simple syrup by adding sugar and water into a saucepan and bringing it to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Before serving, add honey or sugar to chilled tea. Divide tea mixture among eight to ten 12-ounce glasses. Add fruit to each glass and fill with sparkling water. Top with fresh mint. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
