1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel topping
1 tablespoon caramel sauce
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coffee

Steps:

  • Combine milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until frothy and close to simmering, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low; whisk in caramel sauce and vanilla extract. Mix in coffee.

1 cup light corn syrup
½ cup white sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon salt
8 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
¼ cup butter

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, stir together the cream, corn syrup, white sugar, brown sugar and salt. Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat and continue to boil until it becomes thick and deep brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate and butter until smooth.

1/4 cup half-and-half
1 tablespoon caramel ice cream topping
3/4 cup hot brewed columbian coffee

Steps:

  • Stir brown sugar into half-and-half until dissolved.
  • Whip with a milk frother or small whisk.
  • Pour coffee into a mug, and stir in caramel sauce until dissolved.
  • Pour frothed half-and-half into coffee, and serve.

10 chai-flavored black tea bags
1/3 cup caramel flavoring syrup
Sweetened whipped cream and hot caramel ice cream topping, optional

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring water and milk to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add tea bags. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Remove from heat; continue steeping, covered, 5 minutes. , Squeeze excess liquid from all tea bags into tea; discard tea bags. Stir in caramel syrup. If desired, top servings with whipped cream and caramel topping.,
