This easy delicious breakfast casserole recipe is loaded with crispy bacon and shredded cheddar cheese is what we all need in the morning! The perfect way to start the day with an all-in-one breakfast that tastes delicious and great for midweek meal prep on busy mornings!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C)
- Get a large bowl, whisk the eggs, and milk salt mustard together
- Cook the bacon over medium heat in a skillet and stir it intermittently
- Proceed to chop the bread and bacon into cubes
- Spread the bread cubes in the bottom of the dish
- Sprinkle over the bacon
- Add cheddar cheese on top
- Pour the egg mixture over the top
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
- Bake it for 45 - 60 mins and serve

Steps:
- 1. Cook bacon until crispy.
- 2. When crispy, saute onions in bacon grease until clear.
- 3. Mix eggs and milk. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your taste.
- 4. Cut biscuits into fourths.
- 5. Place in egg mixture and mix.
- 6. Add bacon, onion, and cheese to bowl and mix.
- 7. Dump all into a 9x13 baking dish.
- 8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
BEST BISCUIT-HASH BROWN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
This recipe came about when I had all the ingredients for a great breakfast but didn't want to cook everything separately. Threw it into a casserole dish and voila! This is by far the best breakfast casserole I've ever had. It's wonderful when having "breakfast for dinner!"

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crispy but not fully browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels.
- Slice biscuits lengthwise and place on the bottom of the baking dish, sealing the dough to cover the bottom completely. Top with hash brown patties. Layer bacon over the hash browns.
- Whisk eggs and milk together, then pour over the casserole. Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until top is bubbling and bacon is crispy, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- In greased 11-inch by 7-inch by 2-inch baking dish, combine the bread cubes and cheese.
- In large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over bread and cheese.
- Top with bacon.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
