IMPOSSIBLY EASY BACON CHEESEBURGER PIE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon; set aside.
• In same skillet, cook beef, pepper and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in ketchup. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
• In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
• Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with additional ketchup if desired.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and salt over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Spread in dish. Top evenly with frozen mixed vegetables.
• In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk until blended. Pour into baking dish.
• Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese; bake 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares.

BISQUICK IMPOSSIBLY EASY CHEESEBURGER PIE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Brown ground beef and onion together until meat is cooked. Mix in salt. Spread in bottom of glass baking pan. Sprinkle cheese on top.
• In a separate bowl, mix together Bisquick, milk and eggs (mixture is supposed to be runny). Pour mixture over meat and cheese.
• Bake in oven 25 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
• Makes 6 servings.

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 10 inch deep dish pie plate.
• Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until beef is brown. Drain off fat. Spread into prepared pie plate.
• Sprinkle meat with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Arrange tomato slices over meat, spread shredded cheese on top.
