Ingredients

1/3 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup cheese, such as marble or 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
3 cups cooked shrimp, cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick
salt and pepper

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine green onions, basil, oregano, shrimp and cheese. Blend well.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spray a 8x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray and pour ingredients from the bowl into baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
Wait a few minutes to cool before cutting.
Serve with a salad if you so choose. Enjoy !

1 large onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes, crushed
4 slices white bread, crumbled
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 lbs cooked & peeled shrimp
10 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated for topping

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery in butter. Process tomatoes and crumbled bread in your blender. In a bowl add sautéed vegetables to the processed tomato-bread mixture. Stir in 1 1/2 cups grated cheese, shrimp, and all of the seasonings. Pour the mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with the 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Serves 8.

Ingredients

1 frozen deep dish pie shell
1/2 cup chive & onion cream cheese
4 eggs
12 ounces frozen cooked deveined peeled medium shrimp (thawed, well drained, coarsely chopped)
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese

Steps:

Place cookie sheet on oven rack. Heat oven to 375*. Let crust thaw 10 to 20 minutes. Prick bottom and around side with fork. Bake on cookie sheet 9 to 11 minutes or until very light golden brown.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat cream cheese spread with whisk or electric mixer until creamy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth and well blended. Stir in shrimp and cheese. Pour into crust.
Bake on cookie sheet 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup green onions or 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400.
Mix together first 5 ingredients, and place into 9" pie plate.
Blend together last 5 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour over mixture in pie plate and bake for 35-40 minutes.
