1 pound of ground beef
1 32-ounce package of tater tots
1 can of cream soup (mushroom or celery)
1 small can of mushrooms (optional)
1/2 cup of beef broth
1 can of vegetables (drained)
1 cup of shredded cheese
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain it.
  • Pour the soup, mushrooms (optional), and beef broth into the skillet with the ground beef. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  • Line the bottom of the casserole dish with half of the tater tots.
  • Pour the ground beef and soup mixture over the tater tots.
  • Top with the remaining tater tots. Sprinkle the cheese over everything.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until the cheese melts and starts to turn a golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.

1 cup diced onion
1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (26.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pinch paprika, or to taste
1 pinch dried parsley flakes, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook and stir ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly, 7 to 10 minutes. Spread beef into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Stir cream of mushroom soup, potato nuggets, and Cheddar cheese together in a large bowl until potato nuggets are evenly coated in soup and cheese. Spread potato nugget mixture over beef mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until browned, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle paprika and parsley flakes over the top.

This is an great dinner for those nights you need something quick. Make ahead in the morning and put in the oven when you get home! Measurements are approx. because I usually just eyeball it!

1 lb hamburger
1/2 small onion, chopped
16 ounces tater tots
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/4-1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen corn
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef. When almost done, add the onion and continue to saute until the onions are clear. Drain and set aside. I also season the beef with a little Ms. Dash or something without salt, since the soup will add enough salt taste.
  • In a casserole dish, (I usually use a pyrex that is 11x7) spray the bottom with no stick spray, then cover the bottom with the tater tots. You can see how it's hard to measure, but you can adjust accordingly for your dish.
  • Pour ground beef and onion over tater tots.
  • On top of beef, sprinkle frozen corn. (as much or as little as you like).
  • Put cream of celery soup in a cup and ad enough milk to make it creamy. Pour this mixture over the corn.
  • On the very top, cover with mozerella cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for about 30 min, or until bubbly. It may take longer if it has been refrigerated.

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables

1 800 grams bag of frozen Tater Tots

Steps:

  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 °F.
  • In a large skillet, fry the onion in the oil until it is soft and translucent. Add in the ground beef, fry until completely cooked through. Drain the fat, mix the garlic. Fry until golden, around 2-3 minutes, then add some salt and pepper to taste and transfer to a 9x13 baking pan or oven safe pan of equivalent size.
  • Combine the vegetables and the soup. Pour over top of the hamburger. Sprinkle the cheese on top evenly.
  • Place the tater tots in an even layer on top of the soup mixture.

Steps:

  • Brown hamburger with onion and drain.
  • Partially cook frozen vegetables, add 1/2 can milk to cream of mushroom soup in separate bowl.
  • Put cooked hamburger and onion on bottom of casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup in vegetables and spread on top of hamburger. Arrange tater tots on top of vegetables.

1 package , tator tots or 1 package crispy crown potato

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 diced onion (or 1 teaspoon onion powder)
2 cloves garlic (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
15 ounce can green beans
2 cups frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray an 8-inch or 9-inch baking pan with high-quality cooking spray and set it aside.
  • Brown your ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. If there is any excess fat, drain it in a colander.
  • Add the onions to the beef in the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes, just until they're translucent.
  • Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for about one minute, stirring frequently.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour or spoon the ground beef mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Spread it out evenly.

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (low sodium, 10.5oz)
1 can condensed cream of broccoli cheddar soup (low sodium, 10.5oz)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 pounds tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and onions until no pink remains. Drain, and place in a large mixing bowl.

2 tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
3/4 cup water
1 oz brown gravy mix packet
3 cups frozen tater tots (kept froen)

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with dried minced onion and drain.
  • Place ground beef and onion mixture in the bottom of a 2.5 quart slow cooker.
  • Mix together your water and brown gravy mix in a small bowl or cup and pour over beef mixture.
  • Spread tater tots across the top of everything.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, rotating insert halfway through cooking if your crock pot does not cook evenly.
  • If crispier tots are desired and insert is broiler safe, place insert in oven with the broiler on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Do NOT walk away while broiling. Watch the casserole continually until the tots have reached desired browning and crispness.

1 (14oz) can mixed vegetables
1 800g package of frozen Tater Tots
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish with Cooking Spray.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is no longer pink and onions are softened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  • In another bowl, stir together Cream of Mushroom Soup and Mixed Vegetables.
  • Spread beef mixture on the bottom of the casserole dish. Top with Cream of Mushroom soup mixture. Cover with Tater Tots.
