HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE
This is a recipe that my Grandmother used to keep me and my finicky cousins well fed! It is very kid friendly, and adults like it too!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain fat.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
- Alternately layer the potatoes, soup mixture and meat in a 11x7 inch (2 quart) baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Top with Cheddar cheese, and continue baking until cheese is melted.

HAMBURGER AND POTATO( ALL IN ONE MEAL) DELISH!!
This is a yummy meal,I made this for my English Hubby and he just LOVES IT!! It is a dish that I have made for a very long time. It's just something that I put together one day when I was hungry for something different.My family really enjoys this meal when I fix it.It's Delish!!!!!

Steps:
- Combine the first 5 ingds.
- In a fry pan and brown.
- Drain and set aside.
- Mix together the 2 cans of Soup.
- (DO NOT ADD WATER OR MILK) set aside.
- Put a layer of Sliced Potatoes, add half of the Browned Meat Mixture,Add half of the Soup Mixture, then put 3 slices of Cheese on top of the soup.
- Repeat the above step with the rest of the ingds.
- Bake at 350 F or 190 c for appx.
- 1 1/2 hrs.
- Check Potatoes to see if done.
- Serve with a lovely Green Salad!
THAT HAMBURGER STUFF (QUICK, ALL-IN-ONE MEAL)
We don't really have a name for this all-in-one meal other than, "That hamburger stuff. The one with the squash and spinach." But its a family favorite over bowties, medium shells, rotini, or any other chunky pasta. It goes together quickly and holds well on those busy days when people aren't able to eat at the same time.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef and onion in the olive oil, seasoning with garlic and oregano to taste.
- Add vegetables and cook until hot.
- Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add ricotta, stirring in enough to blend it but not so much that you don't still have those delicious, cheesy lumps. Cover and let stand 5-10 minutes.
- Serve over pasta, passing Parmesan at the table if desired.
- Note -- This should work well for OAMC if the meat/onion/seasoning mix is prepared then the bags of meat, squash, spinach, and spaghetti sauce are taped together for easy assembly.

MEAL-IN-ONE
Ground beef is layered with sliced potatoes and frozen veggies and flavored with onion soup, Worcestershire and mustard. Topped with cheddar cheese. This has been a family favorite forever.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain excess grease. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in the onion soup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, and bring to a boil. Mix together the cold water and flour, and stir into the sauce. Simmer over low heat for a few minutes, then set aside.
- Meanwhile, place potatoes in a saucepan and add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes, not until tender. Drain.
- Spread half of the beef mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange half of the potatoes over the beef. Cover with a layer of mixed vegetables. Repeat layers.
- Cover the dish, and bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Uncover, and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes to melt cheese.
