Ingredients

1 T teriyaki sauce
1/2 t minced garlic
2 grouper fillets, each 4 oz
2 lemon wedges
1/4 t Italian seasoning

Steps:

In small bowl combine the teriyaki sauce and garlic. Lightly spray a pan with pam. Place the grouper fillets in the pan. Brush the teriyaki marinade on both sides of the fillets. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to marinate the fish. Preheat grill. Grill until fish is opaque throughout - about 5-10 minutes. Remove from grill. Squeeze 1 lemon wedge over each fillet and then sprinkle with seasoning. 2 servings 114 calories

1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 lbs grouper

Steps:

Combine sauce ingredients.
Marinate fish in sauce at least 30 minutes.
place the fish on light oiled grill, over hot heat.
Brush frequently with sauce.
Do not overcook.
Fish is done when it flakes easy with a fork.
