GARLIC PARMESAN GRILLED CORN RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Preheat a grill or grill plate to medium heat.
- Drizzle the corn with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix to ensure all the ears are evenly coated.
- Place the corn on the grill. Close the lid to keep the temperature high, and let the corn cook for about 15 minutes per side, or until slightly charred on all sides.
- Remove the corn from the heat and set aside.
- Place the garlic and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, or until melted.
- Brush the garlic butter on the corn. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Enjoy!

GRILLED CORN WITH ROASTED RED PEPPER BUTTER

- Prepare grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Finely process peppers, shallot, parsley, salt and pepper using Manual Food Processor.Combine pepper mixture and butter in small mixing bowl; mix well. Brush corn with half of the butter mixture and place on BBQ Corn & Skewer Rack.Place rack on grid of grill. Grill, covered, 10-12 minutes or until corn begins to char, turning occasionally. Remove rack from grill. Brush corn with remaining butter mixture. Serve immediately.

PARMESAN GARLIC GRILLED CORN
Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Pulse the garlic in a food processor until very finely minced. Add the mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 cup Parmesan and pulse until everything is well combined. Pour the olive oil slowly into the mixture while pulsing. Take 1/4 cup of the mixture and brush it over the ears of corn so that they are completely coated, then set aside the remaining mixture. Mix the remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan with the parsley in a small bowl and set aside.
- Add the corn to the grill and cook, turning halfway through, until the corn is charred and browned in spots, about 15 minutes. Remove the corn to a platter and brush it with the remaining garlic mixture, then sprinkle the corn with the parsley and cheese mixture. Serve immediately.

- Cut 5 squares of aluminum foil 1 1/2 times the size of the ears of corn; place each ear of corn in the center of a piece of foil.
- Stir mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chili powder, ground black pepper, and fresh parsley together in a bowl until it forms a thick paste; rub about 2 tablespoons of the paste over each ear of corn. Wrap the aluminum foil around the corn and seal. Arrange corn on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, turn, and continue baking another 10 minutes.

- Whisk together mayonnaise, roasted red pepper, parsley, garlic and black pepper in bowl until combined. Set aside half of the mayonnaise mixture to serve.
- Brush corn with butter and place on greased grill over medium-high heat and grill, turning occasionally for 8 minutes.
- Brush remaining half of mayonnaise mixture over corn, and grill, turning for about 8 minutes or until golden brown and tender-crisp.
- Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture.

- ROASTED RED PEPPERS: Broil red peppers, turning often, until charred, 15 minutes. Let cool. Peel off blackened skins. Core, seed and thinly slice; place in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle with oil, vinegar and salt; toss. Stir in basil. Set side.
- In large saucepan, bring 4 cups water and salt to boil; reduce heat to low. Gradually whisk in cornmeal; cook, stirring often, for 10 minutes.
- Add corn; cook until tender-crisp and polenta is thick enough to mound on a spoon, 5-10 minutes. Stir in cheese. Spread in greased 13x9-inch glass baking dish. Let cool until set, about 30 minutes.
- Cut polenta into 12 squares. Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until marked, about 8 minutes. Served topped with red peppers.

- Place the butter, red peppers and paprika in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the butter on a sheet of plastic wrap and roll into a cigar shape.
- Place the butter into the fridge for 1 hour to set.
- Preheat grill to 375°F/190°C or medium high heat.
- Drizzle corn with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook corn on the grill for 4 minutes or until corn turns a bright yellow.
- Remove from heat and serve with a ½ inch slice of the roasted pepper butter.
