EASY GRILLED HONEY-DIJON CHICKEN



Easy Grilled Honey-Dijon Chicken image

2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for grill
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterflied
1 lime, cut into wedges

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, add the honey, mustard, 1 tablespoon of oil and salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well and put the mixture into a large plastic resealable bag. Add the chicken, seal the bag and shake to incorporate. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the bag and arrange it on a well-oiled grill. Cook until a nice crust forms on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Let the chicken rest on a serving platter for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with lime wedges.

1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
6 cups tightly packed torn mixed salad greens
1 cup snow peas, blanched
1 small red pepper, cut into strips
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Cool slightly; slice.
  • Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard and black pepper until blended.
  • Place salad greens on 4 serving plates; top with vegetables and chicken. Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.

2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 qt. (8 cups) torn romaine lettuce

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush chicken with 2 Tbsp. of the mustard. Grill 15 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F), turning over after 8 min. Cut chicken diagonally into thin slices; set aside.
  • Combine remaining 1 Tbsp. mustard, the oil, garlic, lemon juice and cheese in medium bowl.
  • Cover large platter with lettuce; top with chicken. Drizzle with the mustard mixture.

1/2 bottle Italian salad dressing (fat-free okay)
1/2 cup Dijon mustard (more according to taste)
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Steps:

  • In a resealable plastic bag, or flat container with lid, mix dressing and mustard.
  • Add chicken breast and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning often.
  • Grill over hot grill 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Can also be baked in 350 degree oven until chicken is done.

4 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Lettuce leaves
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Steps:
