BUTTER SMOTHERED GREEN BEANS & CASHEWS
Green beans smothered in butter and fresh herbs then tossed with crunchy cashews. A delicious way to enjoy garden fresh green beans and the perfect side dish for chicken, fish, pork or beef.

Steps:
- Wash and trim the green beans and remove any strings.
- Place beans in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water and cover with a lid. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, drain water. Place beans in a large bowl or arrange on a large platter.
- In a small pot over medium-low heat melt the butter. Add the parsley, salt and pepper and mix. Remove from heat and pour over green beans. Toss to coat. Top with cashews and serve.

GREEN BEANS WITH MAGIC SAUCE
Steps:
- Add olive oil to a large saucepan over medium heat. Add green beans and saute, until just tender, about 3 minutes. Season lightly with salt to taste and remove from heat.
- Add soy sauce, tahini, honey, sesame oil, red pepper and garlic to a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Drizzle mixture over beans and lightly toss to combine. Plate and serve.

- Place green beans in a pot of boilling water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain beans and immediately place in a bowl of ice-cold water, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.
- Add onions, cashews, salt and pepper.
- Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until onions are softened.
- Add the cooked green beans, raise heat to high, stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until beans feel hot to the touch.
