Ingredients

3 1/2 ounces fresh pink grapefruit juice, plus grapefruit wedge for garnish
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce orange liqueur
2 ounces vodka

Steps:

Shake the grapefruit and lemon juice, orange liqueur, vodka and 1 tablespoon crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Add a touch more fruit juice or vodka to taste. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with grapefruit. Enjoy!

6 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
Pinch of salt
Crushed ice, for serving
12 oz. grapefruit soda, such as Jarritos, Squirt or Fresca
3 slices fresh pink or red grapefruit, for serving
3 lime wedges, for serving

Steps:

Divide the tequila, lime and grapefruit juices among the three glasses. Add a pinch of salt to each glass. Fill three-quarters full of ice, then stir to combine. Top with grapefruit soda, then garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a lime wedge.

½ oz. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
Pinch of kosher salt
Grapefruit wedge or slice (for serving)

Steps:

Fill a highball glass two-thirds full with ice. Slowly pour in about 2 oz. grapefruit soda, filling glass about one-third full. Add 1½ oz. blanco tequila, ½ oz. lime juice, ¼ oz. grapefruit juice, and a pinch of kosher salt. Top with remaining grapefruit soda, stir gently, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge or slice.
