GRANDS MONKEY BREAD (STOLEN)
I did steal this from a grands biscuit package--BUT I hope they don't mind! I didn't use the raisns or walnuts in mine--It;s just a matter of taste.. My youngest son doesn't like either--But I think PECANS would also be good, instead of walnuts. This has a very carmely flavor and pecans go with carmel! I hope you enjoy!!

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 12 -cup fluted tube pan with shortening or pan spray--( personally I like to use more butter). In a Large plastic food bag, mix Granulated Sugar and Cinnimon. Mix brown sugar and butter in seperate container.
- 2. Seperate the canned buscuits into 16 and cut each one into quarters. Place a little at a time in the bag and shake to coat with the cinnomon sugar. Place a good layer in bottom of pan and add Walnuts and Rasins in desired-then add a little bit of butter/brown sugar mix on top of that. Continue until all are done. Topping off with the butter/brown sugar mixture.. IF YOU HAVE ANY EXTRA - sugar/cinnimon left add a little more butter if needed and add to it and pour on top also.. This gives a little more flavor.
- 3. Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until golden and no longer doughy in the center. (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)..Cool in pan for about 10 minutes.. then turn upside down on a serving tray and pull apart to serve.. BEST served warm. But also good cooled to room temp.
MONKEY BREAD (WITH GRANDS BISCUITS)
Yesterday, I fixed Monkey Bread with the older Pillsbury Biscuits, and something went wrong! They went flat on me. I have no idea what happened, but they didn't turn out well. SO, I found this recipe, made it this morning, because I really want some of this stuff..and it is full, cinnamony sweet and wonderful.! I'm pitching...

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 F, lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube pan with shortening or cooking spray. In large storage plastic food bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. You will have quite a bit of sugar/cinnamon mixture left over, but with this much, it will coat the biscuit pieces very well. You can use the left over sugar mixture for cinnamon toast!
- 2. Separate dough into 16 biscuits, cut each into quarters. shake in bag to coat. Arrange in pan, adding nuts and raisins among the biscuit pieces.
- 3. In small bowl, mix brown sugar and 3/4 cup melted butter; quickly pour over pieces trying to coat as many as you can!
- 4. Bake at least 30 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto serving plate. pull apart to serve. Serve warm! Double YUM!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Open up all three cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Next, combine the white sugar with 2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon. (3 teaspoons of cinnamon gives it a fairly strong cinnamon flavor. If you're not so hot on cinnamon, cut it back to 2 teaspoons.) Dump these into a 1 gallon zip bag and shake to mix evenly.
- Drop all of the biscuit quarters into the cinnamon-sugar mix. Once all the biscuit quarters are in the bag seal it and give it a vigorous shake. This will get all those pieces unstuck from one another and nicely coated with cinnamon-sugar. Spread these nuggets out evenly in the bundt pan.
- At this point, you're going to want to melt the two sticks of butter together with ½ cup of brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat. This can be light or dark brown sugar. Cook butter/sugar mixture, stirring for a few minutes until the two become one. Once the brown sugar butter has become one color, you can pour it over the biscuits.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the crust is a deep dark brown on top. When it's finished cooking, remove it from the oven. If you have the willpower, allow it to cool for about 15-30 minutes before turning it over onto a plate.

Steps:
- PREP: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease (with cooking spray) and then lightly flour a large (12 cup) Bundt pan.
- BUTTER: Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt. Set aside to allow the butter to return to room temperature. Melted butter must be at room temperature before adding other ingredients so it doesn't melt the sugar and make it greasy/grainy.
- BISCUIT PREP: In a separate large bowl, whisk together the white sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Separate the biscuits then cut each biscuit into four equal pieces. Add the biscuit pieces to the cinnamon-sugar mixture, tossing the biscuits gently until all of the biscuits are well coated.
- BUTTER CONT.: Add in the brown sugar, vanilla, and pecans to the melted butter. Stir until combined.
- ASSEMBLE: Add a few spoonfuls of the butter-pecan mixture to the bottom of the Bundt pan and then add the biscuit pieces on top. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top of the biscuits. Pour the remaining butter-pecan mixture over the biscuits and then bake for 30-40 minutes or until it is cooked through. To test: insert a skewer into the inside (middle) of the bread; if it comes out clean, it should be done. If it starts browning too quickly on top, tent some foil over the bread.
- SERVE: Remove the pan from the oven and allow the Monkey Bread to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before inverting it onto a cake pan or serving plate.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Open the cinnamon roll tubes and remove the frosting cups; set them aside to come to room temperature. Separate the dough into individual cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 6 pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. After it is melted, continue to cook it for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the foam and butter underneath are golden brown. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla (it will bubble up!). Once the bubbles have subsided, whisk in the brown sugar until smooth and well combined.
- Meanwhile, thoroughly spray a 12-cup nonstick Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add half of the cinnamon roll pieces to the mixing bowl with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Toss well to coat the pieces. Place the pieces in the Bundt pan, creating an even layer. Drizzle with half of the butter-brown sugar mixture. Repeat tossing and layering with remaining ingredients, stirring butter-brown sugar mixture before drizzling, if needed.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the monkey bread has puffed up about 1 inch in the pan and the top is deep brown. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then place a dinner plate over the top of the pan. With oven mitts, hold the pan and dinner plate together, then flip over. Carefully remove the bundt pan (give it a few taps if the bread doesn't seem to be releasing) and let it slide out onto the plate.
- Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with a small rubber spatula until very smooth. Add in the contents of the frosting cups, whisking well to combine. Dollop the icing all over the top of the monkey bread, letting it melt into the top and drizzle down the sides. Serve immediately.
