Graham refrigerated cake is super easy no-bake recipe. You can never go wrong with it and you can serve it all year round. The sweetness and saltiness of the ingredients used in this recipe are well balanced that once you eat a spoon, you will be asking for another!

900 grams of all purpose cream (3 cans and chilled overnight)
390 grams of sweetened condensed milk (300ml)
200 grams of Honey Graham Crackers
200 grams of crushed Grahams
230 grams of canned fruit cocktail (230g when drained well)
165 grams of processed cheese

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together all purpose cream and condensed milk until mix well.
  • In a square or rectangular food container, lay the graham crackers, covering the bottom completely. This will be the first layer. Fill the gaps with crushed grahams. You can reduced the length of the crackers by cutting it. Do this if you have to.
  • Pour the cream on the first layer of crackers making it about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Repeat steps 2 and 3 to create the next layer until you have used up all the cream.
  • Topped it with grated cheese, cover the top layer completely. The amount of cheese will depend on how you like it. You can use half or the whole cheese.
  • Topped it with fruit cocktail. Use a thong or a spoon to easily layer it with fruits.
  • Chill for at least an hour before serving. 3 hours is recommended.

This is an old recipe that my grandmother made for my mom and uncle when they were kids, late 40s-50s. She continued to make it periodically throughout the years. It's kind of different, but has a good taste. Don't really know the prep time, but not real long (just a guess).

2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine (melted)
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 (1 lb) boxes graham crackers (finely crush 1 box, leave other box whole)

Steps:

  • Mix sugar, melted margarine, and pineapple.
  • Add the finely crushed graham crackers to the mixture until thick enough to spread (fairly thick).
  • Place a layer of the whole graham crackers on a serving/cake plate.
  • (You're going to build up layers to form a cake, similar in size and shape of a 1/4 sheet cake).
  • Spread a layer of the mixture on the whole cracker layer.
  • Put a layer of whole crackers on the mixture.
  • Keep alternating layers of the mixture and the whole crackers until you have a desireable size and shape.
  • "Frost"top and sides with remaining mixture.
  • Best when made the day before, so that the graham crackers can get kind of soft and the flavors can combine.
  • Can be refrigerated or just covered.

3 (3/4 ounce) boxes French vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
1 box graham cracker
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 packages nestle Choco-bake (unsweetened)

Steps:

  • Mix pudding with milk until thick, then fold in Cool Whip.
  • In 9X13 Pyrex pan, layer graham crackers, pudding, crackers, pudding, crackers.
  • In saucepan, heat butter and corn syrup, then sift in confectioner’s sugar.
  • After mixing thoroughly, add the chocoBake.
  • Add just enough milk to be able to spread on last layer of Graham Crackers.
  • Chill in fridge overnight.
  • Do not cover.
