GRAHAM CRACKER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheet(s) with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium-high speed until light and creamy.
- Add vanilla and eggs to butter mixture and beat again until well combined.
- With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the flour mixture to the wet mixture, increasing speed as needed. Mix only until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, mixing to evenly distribute. (The cookie dough may feel drier than most other chocolate chip cookie batters, but it should hold together if you press it with your fingers.)
- Using a 1 ounce scoop, place balls of cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes. The edges of the cookies will be slightly golden and the centers still soft.
- Cool cookies on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to finish cooling. (The cookies will firm up as they cool.)

- Beat together margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips , M & M's, and nuts.
- Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets about 3 inches apart . Press 2 or 3 additional M & M candies on top of cookies if desired.
- Bake in pre-heated oven 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on sheet about 3 minute and remove to wire racks.

- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder.
- In a bowl beat milk and butter until smooth.
- Add in the crumb mixture; mix well.
- Stir in chips, coconut and walnut.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove to wire rack.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Whisk white sugar, brown sugar, butter, and egg together in a large bowl. Stir flour, baking soda, and salt into sugar mixture until batter is just mixed; fold in chocolate chips. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
- Pour graham cracker crumbs into a resealable bag. Place each dough ball, 1 at a time, into the bag and shake until completely coated in graham cracker crumbs. Arrange coated dough balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cookies are lightly browned on the edges and have 'cracks' in the middle, about 10 minutes.

These are so rich and decadent. They are very moist, not a crisp cookie ever! They do not go stale quickly so they travel nicely. Great for holidays and special occasions. I have omitted the coconut before with out any problems.

- Mix first 6 ingredients till well blended.
- Add chips and nuts; mix again.
- Bake 8-10 minutes on greased cookie sheet, being careful not to overcook.
- Watch the temp on your oven, should bake between 350-375°F .
- NOTE: If you are finding they are baking to quickly and/or burning just turn down your oven temperature (the sweetened condensed milk can cause burning around edges if temp is to high, I cook mine at 350°F).
- These are better the second day!

When thoroughly combined, add chocolate chips until just mixed in. Turn off mixer and scrape sides of bowl, if needed.

- In the bowl of a food processor, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Pulse one or two times to combine. Add the cubes of butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse meal. You can also use a hand held pastry blender.
- In a liquid measuring cup or small bowl, whisk together the honey, milk, and vanilla. Add the mixture to the food processor and pulse until a soft dough begins to form. Remove to a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips. Shape the dough into a flat disk and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Using a 1 1/2-tablespoon scoop, drop balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing at least 2 inches apart. Flatten dough balls with the bottom of a measuring cup.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the edges are browned. Let the cookies cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
