Steps:
- Grease or spray a 9x13-inch pan and set aside. In a large pan, melt butter and marshmallows over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Once it almost smooth and melted, add green food coloring little by little until you achieve your desired tree color. Once completely smooth and perfectly green, remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies. Continue to stir until all the cereal is coated. Press evenly into prepared pan (I always spray my hand with nonstick cooking spray to do this, but you can also use a piece of wax paper). Immediately sprinkle with sprinkles. Let cool for at least 30 minutes. Cut one cut down the middle of the pan (the long way). Then, cut each of those rows into triangles (you should have 4 scraps leftover, one at each side of each row).

Steps:
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir continually until completely melted and smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Add food coloring, 3 to 4 drops at a time, until you reach the desired color. Stir until color is uniform. Remove from heat and add crispy rice cereal. Stir with a buttered spatula until cereal is completely coated and evenly green.
- Pour cereal mixture into the prepared baking pan and press in firmly. Add sprinkles to the top and press in. Allow to cool and set, 20 to 30 minutes.
- Cut cereal mixture in the pan in half lengthwise to create 2 sections. Cut each section into approximately 6 or 7 small triangle tree shapes and transfer them to a plate. Carefully twist 1 pretzel stick into the base of each triangle as a "trunk;" if the triangle shape separates, squeeze it back together.
- Pipe frosting onto triangles as garland and top each with a candy star.

- Place marshmallows and butter in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals until fully melted. Carefully stir in cereal (you may need to divide this into two batches if you don't have a bowl big enough).
- Divide mixture into thirds. Leave one third plain, then use red and green gel food coloring to tint the mixture.
- Cut three sheets of paper, approximately the size of a cookie sheet. Working with one color at a time, press the mixture flat to a thickness of 1/2-3/4", using another sheet of parchment over top to help.
- Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes, leaving the cutters in the Rice Krispie mixture. Peel the excess away from the cutters and gently push the shapes out of the cutters. Set aside. You can smush your scraps back together to make more shapes, you may need to re-warm in the microwave for 30 seconds.

- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat until it is just about melted. Add in the marshmallows Stir until the marshmallows are coated with the butter and completely melted. Remove pan from heat.
- Add in the green food coloring and stir until the coloring in mixed in well. If you are using regular food coloring, start with 8-10 drops. I like to use Chefmaster food coloring, which gives a more vibrant color. If you use this food coloring, start with 4-5 drops. If you want a darker green, add in a couple of drops of the coloring you are using at a time and stir. Repeat until you have your desired color.
- Add in the Rice Krispies cereal, two cups at a time, and stir well until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.

- Begin by prepping all ingredients and greasing a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spatula before starting.
- Mix the crushed graham crackers and rice krispies in a large bowl and set aside. Turn the broiler on high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper with cooking spray. Spread 1/2 of the bag of mini marshmallows on the parchment paper. Place under the broiler for a minute or two or until toasted. Watch them closely so they don't burn. Set aside
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter, add the bag of large marshmallows and stir over low heat until melted. Add the melted marshmallows and the toasted marshmallows (a greased spatula makes all this easier) to the bowl of rice krispies and stir until combined.
- Gently press the mixture into the greased 9 x 13 pan. Immediately top with the hershey bar pieces or chocolate chips. Pop the pan into the warm oven for a few minutes to melt the chocolate and then spread with a knife. Top the bars with the remaining half a bag of mini marshmallows and again place the whole pan under the broiler for a minute or so, just until toasted. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
